Whal brings stock, locations, receiving and dispatch into one place, so the people running a warehouse can see what needs to happen next.
A stock question should be easy to answer: what do we have, where is it, and what is ready to go out? When those answers are spread across spreadsheets, messages and paperwork, even a small warehouse takes extra work to keep organised.
Whal is designed around that daily work. Receive a delivery, put the goods in a location, check stock and prepare an order for dispatch. Staff can work from the same records using a computer, phone or tablet.
Your own stock, or your clients’ stock.
Business is for companies storing and dispatching their own goods. 3PL is for operators who do that work for other businesses, with client stock records, portal access and warehouse-charge invoicing. Both can manage everyday goods using Standard warehouse mode.
For operations that need them, optional bonded tools add alcohol details, litres-of-alcohol calculations, duty estimates and movement records for review. Those features support recordkeeping; they do not certify a business's compliance or replace checking its reporting obligations.
